THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING STRONG WINDS...20 NM EAST OF FERNANDINA
BEACH...MOVING WEST AT 15 KNOTS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING STRIKES. HEAVY
RAINFALL WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES BELOW 1 NM AT TIMES. YOUR BEST
COURSE OF ACTION IS TO SEEK SAFE HARBOR...BUT IF YOU ARE CAUGHT ON
THE OPEN WATER...STAY BELOW DECK AND AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED METAL
OBJECTS.
