COASTAL WATERS FROM SURF CITY TO CAPE FEAR NC OUT 20 NM
WATERS FROM SURF CITY NC TO SOUTH SANTEE RIVER SC FROM 20 TO 40 NM

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO WEAKEN AND SO THE SPECIAL MARINE
WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE. MARINERS SHOULD STILL EXPECT
REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN WIDESPREAD RAIN. A GALE WARNING REMAINS IN
EFFECT.
