A LINE OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...OVER CENTRAL BIG ISLAND
LEEWARD WATERS...OR ABOUT 25 NM WEST OF FAD BUOY TT...MOVING WEST AT
5 KNOTS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT LOCALLY ERRATIC AND GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30
KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...REDUCED VISIBILITY AND DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY
UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
