AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  COASTAL WATERS EAST OF IPSWICH BAY AND THE STELLWAGEN BANK
  NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY...
  MASSACHUSETTS BAY AND IPSWICH BAY...

AT 457 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED NEAR SCITUATE HARBOR...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
SCITUATE HARBOR...RACE POINT...STELLWAGEN BANK...OCEAN BLUFF-BRANT
ROCK AND GREEN HARBOR.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS...AND
LIGHTNING STRIKES. CONSIDER HEADING FOR SAFE HARBOR OR REMAINING
BELOW DECK UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
