AT 158 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS FROM 31 NM WEST OF PIERPORT
TO 59 NM SOUTH OF MANISTEE...MOVING EAST AT 25 KNOTS.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL PASS NEAR...
EMPIRE...FRANKFORT...PIERPORT...POINT BETSIE AND WILLIAMSPORT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
