AFTERNOON BEFORE ENDING WITH SOME LOCAL ACCUMULATIONS...

SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS NORTHEAST TENNESSEE...THE
CENTRAL VALLEY...SOUTHEAST TENNESSEE...SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA...SMOKY
MOUNTAINS...AND SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA LATE THIS MORNING AND EARLY
AFTERNOON. LOCALIZED SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF A DUSTING UP TO A ONE
HALF INCH CAN BE EXPECTED. HIGHEST ELEVATIONS OF SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA
AND EASTERN TENNESSEE MOUNTAINS MAY HAVE UP TO AROUND ONE INCH.

WITH ROAD SURFACES QUITE COLD...SOME ROADS STILL MAY STAY SLICK...SO
DRIVE WITH CAUTION AND SLOW DOWN.
