...LIGHT SNOWFALL POSSIBLE ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLATEAU LATE TONIGHT
AND EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...

AN UPPER-LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL TRACK THROUGH THE REGION
TONIGHT...BRINGING ANOTHER SHOT OF COOLER AIR INTO THE AREA. LIGHT
RAIN IN THE EVENING WILL MIX WITH SNOW OVERNIGHT IN THE
VALLEYS...AND COMPLETELY CHANGE OVER TO SNOW IN HIGHER ELEVATIONS
ABOVE 1500 TO 2000 FEET AROUND DAYBREAK AS TEMPERATURES FALL JUST
BELOW FREEZING. SOME MINOR SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF AROUND HALF
AN INCH TO PERHAPS AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE ALONG THESE HIGHEST
ELEVATIONS. THOSE WITH HOLIDAY TRAVEL PLANS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD
USE CAUTION AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH THEIR DESTINATION.
