...FROST POSSIBLE IN SOME AREAS EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...

.MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO
FALL INTO THE 30S AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT OVER MUCH OF THE SOUTHERN
APPALACHIAN REGION. AS A RESULT...FROST WILL BE POSSIBLE TOWARDS
SUNRISE ACROSS SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA...NORTHEAST TENNESSEE...THE
NORTHERN CUMBERLAND PLATEAU...AND PORTIONS OF EXTREME SOUTHEAST
TENNESSEE AND SOUTHWEST NORTH CAROLINA.

FROST IS ALSO EXPECTED IN THE MOUNTAINS OF EAST CENTRAL AND
NORTHEAST TENNESSEE. HOWEVER...THE FREEZE PROGRAM FOR THESE AREAS
HAS ENDED FOR THE SEASON.
