  MID TO LATE AFTERNOON TODAY.

* IMPACTS...WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...
  ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...SO USE CAUTION WHEN
  DRIVING.
