  30 KNOTS BEHIND A STRONG COLD FRONT EARLY THIS MORNING WITH
  OCCASIONAL GUSTS TO GALE FORCE...THEN GRADUALLY EASE TO 15 TO
  20 KNOTS THIS AFTERNOON INTO THURSDAY. SEAS 6 TO 9 FEET WILL
  SUBSIDE TO 5 TO 7 FEET ON THURSDAY.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
