.SYNOPSIS...A FRESH NORTHWEST BREEZE WILL BECOME NORTHERLY TODAY
AND NORTHEAST EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. HAZARDOUS BOATING CONDITIONS
TODAY WILL REMAIN POOR TONIGHT ESPECIALLY IN THE GULF STREAM.
WEAKENING WINDS WILL LEAD TO GRADUALLY IMPROVING CONDITIONS
THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK. ANOTHER PERIOD OF POOR BOATING
CONDITIONS IS EXPECTED THIS WEEKEND.
