PRODUCT IDENTIFIER AS RDUMISGSO. THE WMO HEADER IS PLANNED TO BE
CHANGED TO AXUS42 KRAH WITH THE SAME NWS PRODUCT
IDENTIFIER...RDUMISGSO.
