PLATEAU...

.A SURFACE RIDGE RESIDING OVER WEST TEXAS THIS MORNING HAS
RESULTED IN CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS.  THESE OPTIMAL
CONDITIONS FOR COOLING, ALONG WITH A DRY AIRMASS, WILL LIKELY
ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO DROP NEAR OR SLIGHTLY BELOW FREEZING
THIS MORNING ACROSS THE MARFA PLATEAU.
