            A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED A WATERSPOUT ABOUT 1/2
            MILE SOUTH OF LITTLE TORCH KEY. WATERSPOUT WAS OF MEDIUM
            THICKNESS WITH A VISIBLE SPRAY RING. MOVEMENT WAS SLOWLY
            WEST. DURATION OF WATERSPOUT AT CALL WAS 5 MINUTES.
