            THE EM REPORTED SCATTERED WIND DAMAGE FROM GREYS LANDING
            ROAD TO CHARLIE HART ROAD. A BOW ECHO THUNDERSTORM EVENT
            CAUSED NUMEROUS TREES TO BE UPROOTED OR SNAPPED IN
            SPORATIC INTERVALS IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS ALONG AN 11 MILE
            STRETCH. DAMAGE TO LIVESTOCK BUILDINGS AND A CENTER PIVOT
            IRRIGATION SYSTEM OCCURRED. AN UNANCHORED SINGLE WIDE
            MOBILE HOME WAS ROLLED AND DESTROYED. WIND GUSTS AROUND
            70 MPH WERE ESTIMATED.
