DUE TO ALREADY SATURATED SOILS...PROLONGED PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL LIKELY RESULT IN RAPID RISES ON RIVERS...SMALL STREAMS AND
CREEKS AS WELL AS INCREASE THE POTENTIAL FOR MUDSLIDES IN AREAS OF
STEEP TERRAIN.
