THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHWESTERN CALIFORNIA.

.DAY ONE... TODAY AND TONIGHT

SOUTHERLY SWELL FROM TROPICAL STORM LOWELL WILL CONTINUE TO BRING
ELEVATED SURF AND DANGEROUS RIP CURRENTS TO SOUTH FACING BEACHES OF
LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES THROUGH THIS MORNING. HIGH SURF
ADVISORY WILL BE IN EFFECT AFTER 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING. SURF WILL
INCREASE TO 4 TO 7 FEET BY THIS AFTERNOON WITH LOCAL SETS TO 9 FEET
ACROSS SOUTH FACING BEACHES FOR LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES.
