THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT. SOME STORMS COULD BE STRONG
TO SEVERE...WITH THE MAIN THREAT BEING DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

THERE IS A HIGHER POTENTIAL FOR STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS SUNDAY
THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING. THE MOST INTENSE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING DAMAGING WIND GUSTS...LARGE HAIL...LOCALIZED FLASH
FLOODING...AS WELL AS ISOLATED TORNADOES.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE MONDAY AND TUESDAY DURING THE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING...AND AGAIN ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON NEAR THE
VIRGINIA BORDER. BETTER CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL THEN OVERSPREAD
ALL OF EASTERN KY DURING THE DAY ON FRIDAY.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE REQUESTED TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT FOR
THE POTENTIAL OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
