GALES...THERE IS A CHANCE FOR GALES TO DEVELOP OVER THE GEORGIA
OFFSHORE WATERS EARLY WEDNESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE STRENGTHENS JUST
OFF THE CAROLINA COAST. A GALE WATCH OR WARNING MAY EVENTUALLY BE
NEEDED IF CONFIDENCE INCREASES.

SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
DEVELOP ACROSS SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA
TODAY. A FEW OF THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THE RISK FOR SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE GREATEST WEST OF INTERSTATE 95...MAINLY
BETWEEN NOON AND 6 PM. BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD
THREATENING WEATHER APPROACH OR IF A WARNING IS ISSUED FOR YOUR
AREA.
