THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE COUNTIES SERVED BY THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE IN BIRMINGHAM.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS CENTRAL ALABAMA BEGINNING
AS EARLY AS MONDAY AFTERNOON AND POSSIBLY LASTING THROUGH THE DAY ON
TUESDAY. ALL MODES OF SEVERE WEATHER WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS ALL
OF CENTRAL ALABAMA...ALONG WITH THE THREAT OF LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL. THIS WEATHER SYSTEM IS STILL SEVERAL DAYS AWAY...AND
REFINEMENTS IN TIMING AND POTENTIAL THREATS WILL BE MADE IN LATER
FORECASTS THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEK AND OVER THE WEEKEND.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

ACTIVATION OF STORM SPOTTERS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT MAY BE
NEEDED MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THE DAY ON TUESDAY.
