UNDER THE HOT AUGUST SUN. VISIBILITIES IN THE PATCHY GROUND FOG
WILL VARY FROM ABOUT A MILE TO 4 MILES. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO
SLOW DOWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING AREAS OF FOG AND LEAVE PLENTY OF ROOM
BETWEEN VEHICLES.
