8 AM. VISIBILITIES WILL GENERALLY FALL TO BETWEEN 2 AND 4 MILES
BUT A FEW SPOTS COULD FALL TO A 1/4 MILE AT TIMES. USE LOW BEAM
HEADLIGHTS IF DRIVING THIS MORNING AND LEAVE PLENTY OF SPACE
BETWEEN VEHICLES. MOTORISTS SHOULD ALSO BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY
CHANGING VISIBILITIES IN SHORT DISTANCES.
