...LOW WATER ADVISORY IN EFFECT....

.WATER LEVELS WILL RUN 1 TO 1.5 FEET BELOW NORMAL IN NORTHERN
PORTIONS OF GALVESTON BAY EARLY THIS MORNING. LEVELS SHOULD
GRADUALLY RECOVER THROUGH THE DAY WITH LIGHT WINDS IN PLACE. THE
RISK OF VESSEL GROUNDINGS WILL BE ELEVATED IN THE MEANTIME.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A LOW WATER ADVISORY MEANS WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW AVERAGE. MARINERS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION
AND TRANSIT AT THE SLOWEST SAFE NAVIGABLE SPEED TO MINIMIZE
IMPACT.
