LIGHT TO MODERATE EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL PREVAIL THROUGH
THURSDAY NIGHT. AN INCREASE IN MOISTURE WILL LEAD TO MORE CLOUD
COVER AND SOME EARLY MORNING FOG ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS.
RAIN CHANCES WILL REMAIN SMALL THROUGH THE END OF NEXT WEEK.
