.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE OUT OF THE COASTAL WATERS THIS AFTERNOON
AND NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT.
WINDS WILL GRADUALLY TURN TO THE NORTHEAST AND DECREASE SATURDAY
AND THEN AROUND TO THE SOUTHEAST AND SOUTH AS THE HIGH PRESSURE
OVER THE AREA MOVES OFF TO THE EAST BY SUNDAY NIGHT.  ADVISORIES
MAY BE NEEDED MONDAY AS WINDS INCREASE CLOSE TO 20 KNOTS.
UNSETTLED WEATHER WILL BE ON TAP FOR TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WITH
INCREASED RAIN CHANCES.
