.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
MODERATE SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY IN RESPONSE
TO A WEAK OF AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE THE WEST CENTRAL GULF
OF MEXICO. A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT WITH
A MODERATE NORTHEAST FLOW DEVELOPING. MARINERS IN SMALL CRAFT
SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION ON THURSDAY. SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL RETURN
ON FRIDAY AND WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE WEEKEND. ANOTHER WEAK FRONT
MAY MOVE INTO THE COASTAL WATERS BY THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
