AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER SOUTHERN IDAHO LIFTS NORTHEAST. WINDS
WILL DECREASE AND GO DOWNSLOPE TONIGHT AND FAVOR UPSLOPE ON
WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE STARTS TO BUILD OVER ARIZONA.
