THURSDAY.  DIURNAL WIND PATTERNS WILL FAVOR LIGHT EASTERLY WINDS DURING
THE NIGHT AND MORNING HOURS WITH SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS IN THE AFTERNOONS.
CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS WILL FAVOR STRONG RADIATIONAL COOLING AT NIGHT
WITH LARGE DAILY SWINGS BETWEEN HIGH AND LOW TEMPERATURES.
