CONTINUED DRY WITH POOR OVERNIGHT RH RECOVERIES. GUSTY WEST WINDS
DEVELOPING BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. THE FIRE AREA IS NOT INCLUDED IN
THE RED FLAG WARNING THAT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR LOCATIONS FURTHER
EAST...BUT IT`S POSSIBLE THAT WINDS COULD BECOME STRONG ENOUGH TO
BRIEFLY MEET CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER LEVELS AFTER 2 PM WEDNESDAY.
