FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1100 CST ON JANUARY 30.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE, CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...
MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES WILL PREVAIL ON FRIDAY WITH LIGHT WINDS
FROM THE NORTHEAST GRADUALLY TURNING MORE SOUTHEASTERLY BY
THE AFTERNOON.  MIXING HEIGHTS WILL BE SLOW TO INCREASE DURING
THE DAY HOWEVER SHOULD EXCEED 2000 FT AGL BY EARLY AFTERNOON.
HUMIDITIES WILL FALL INTO THE MID 30 PERCENT RANGE BY MID
AFTERNOON.  PRECIPITATION CHANCES WILL INCREASE SATURDAY
THROUGH SUNDAY.

SKY/WEATHER.........MOSTLY CLEAR (20-30 PERCENT).
MIN TEMPERATURE.....AROUND 28.
MAX HUMIDITY........81 PERCENT.
MIXING HEIGHT.......700-2600 FT AGL DECREASING TO 100-600 FT AGL
                    LATE IN THE EVENING.
TRANSPORT WINDS.....NORTH 13 TO 22 MPH DECREASING TO 9 TO 10 MPH IN
                    THE LATE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.
WIND (20 FT)........LIGHT WINDS BECOMING EAST AROUND 5 MPH LATE IN
                    THE EVENING...THEN SHIFTING TO THE NORTH 6 TO 7
