.DISCUSSION...

SKIES WILL BE PARTLY SUNNY THIS MORNING WITH LIGHT WINDS OUT OF THE
SOUTHEAST. AFTER 10AM THE WINDS WILL VEER SLIGHTLY TO THE SOUTH AND
INCREASE TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 23 MPH LASTING UNTIL SUNRISE.
HIGH CLOUDS WILL INCREASE LATER IN THE AFTERNOON. A BAND OF SHOWERS
AND ISOLATED THUNDER WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA SOMETIME BETWEEN
10PM AND 10AM. EXPECT AROUND A QUARTER OF AN INCH OF ACCUMULATION.
WINDS WILL REMAIN OUT OF THE SOUTH OVERNIGHT, AND VEER TO THE
SOUTHWEST ON THURSDAY, BUT REMAIN UNDER 10 MPH. THURSDAY WILL
REMAIN MOSTLY CLOUDY.
