...RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES THIS AFTERNOON NEAR 20 PERCENT NEAR
THE BURN SITE WILL INCREASE TO 40 PERCENT BY 8 PM TONIGHT...
INCREASING TO A MAX OF AROUND 80 PERCENT BY 6 AM. WINDS OVERNIGHT
WILL BE LIGHT SOUTH/SOUTHWEST THROUGH MIDNIGHT...BECOMING
WESTERLY BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 4 AM. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH
TOMORROW...TURNING WEST WINDS NEAR 5 MPH TO NORTH BY 9 OR 10 AM.
NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE TO BETWEEN 10 AND 15 MPH WITH A FEW
GUSTS NEAR 20 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON. WITH TEMPERATURES ONLY
MAKING IT INTO THE UPPER 60S TOMORROW...RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
WILL BE HIGHER...DROPPING TO AROUND 35 PERCENT DURING THE LATE
AFTERNOON. MID AND UPPER LEVEL CLOUDS WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE
THROUGHOUT THE DAY THURSDAY...
