FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 0800 CST ON DECEMBER 18.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE, CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...
SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST MID MORNING AT
THE BURN SITE AND PATCHY DRIZZLE MAY LINGERING EVEN AFTER THE
LIGHT RAIN ENDS. CONDITIONS ARE VERY MOIST AND MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES SHOULD STAY ABOVE 70 PERCENT TODAY. MIXING HEIGHTS
WILL ALSO REMAIN BELOW 500 METERS. ANOTHER ROUND OF RAIN AND
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP THIS EVENING OR TONIGHT AND
WILL CONTINUE FOR MUCH OF FRIDAY.
