IN COMBINATION WITH GUSTY SURFACE WINDS AT TIMES IS EXPECTED
OVER THE BURN SITE LOCATION THROUGH FRIDAY.  IN ADDITION...VERY
GOOD TO EXCELLENT VENTILATION IS ANTICIPATED OVER THE BURN SITE
LOCATION EACH AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY.
