.DISCUSSION...NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED THROUGH TOMORROW. WINDS
THIS EVENING ARE PREDOMINANTLY FROM THE SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WITH
SOME GUSTS IN THE 20 MPH RANGE POSSIBLE THROUGH SUNSET...THEN
GRADUALLY QUIETING DOWN TONIGHT. A COUPLE SITES NEAR MANITOU ARE
REPORTING NORTH-NORTHWEST WINDS...WHICH COULD BE THE RESULT OF
EDDIES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PIKES PEAK. THESE WIND ANOMALIES COULD
PERSIST THROUGH THIS EVENING UNTIL WINDS RELAX AND SHIFT TO A LIGHT
DRAINAGE WIND OR DOWN-VALLEY BY MIDNIGHT TONIGHT.

TRANSPORT WIND......SOUTHWEST AROUND 5 MPH.
SMOKE DISPERSAL.....FAIR UNTIL 2000...THEN POOR.
HAINES INDEX........4 OR LOW POTENTIAL FOR LARGE PLUME DOMINATED
                    FIRE GROWTH.
