FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1000 PDT ON SEPTEMBER 30.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...THE MARINE LAYER REMAINS AROUND 1000 FEET DEEP OVER
POINT REYES AND THE BURN AREA. MORNING LOW CLOUDS SHOULD START TO
MIX OUT BY AROUND 1100 HOURS. THERE IS SOME THREAT THAT CLOUDS
LINGER OVER THE BURN AREA ALL DAY BUT WITH DEVELOPING OFFSHORE
FLOW THERE IS REASON FOR HOPE THAT SKIES WILL CLEAR. OTHERWISE
EXPECT MILD TEMPEATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY READINGS WITH NORTHWEST
WINDS TODAY. BE AWARE THAT OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT
INTO WEDNESDAY AND THE ENTIRE BAY AREA INCLUDING POINT REYES
SHOULD SEE MUCH WARMER AND DRIER WEATHER WEDENSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
