.DISCUSSION...A STORM SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH THE REGION
TODAY AND THE OVERNIGHT PERIOD.  EXPECT OFF AND ON RAIN SHOWERS THROUGHOUT
THE DAY TODAY AND WILL BEGIN TO TAPPER OFF OVERNIGHT.  GUSTY WINDS OUT OF
THE SOUTHWEST ARE EXPECTED TODAY, WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.  YOUR RH
VALUES WILL REMAIN HIGH TODAY AND TONIGHT.  CONDITIONS WILL BEGIN TO
IMPROVE IN THE LATE MORNING HOURS FRIDAY WITH A DRYING TREND THROUGH
SATURDAY.
