FRONT WILL THEN MOVE INTO THE REGION ON HALLOWEEN...BRINGING THE
POSSIBILITY OF SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS
AND MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES FOR THE WEEKEND.
