HIGH PRESSURE TO THE NORTHEAST WILL CONTINUE TO EXTEND DOWN THE
EASTERN SEABOARD THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK. LOW LEVEL MOISTURE
WILL BE INCREASING THIS MORNING...RESULTING MOSTLY CLOUDY
OVER THE OUTER BANKS. NORTHEAST WINDS WILL PERSIST TODAY
BETWEEN 20 TO 25 GUSTING UP TO 30 KNOTS.
