.DISCUSSION...

A NICE DAY WEATHERWISE FOR JANUARY CAN BE EXPECTED TODAY ACROSS THE
MIDSOUTH. HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE TO THE ATLANTIC COAST WITH WINDS
TURNING TO THE SOUTH ACROSS THE MIDSOUTH. THIS WILL BOOST
TEMPERATURES TO ABOVE NORMAL READINGS THIS AFTERNOON. UNDER FULL
SUNSHINE...HIGHS WILL CLIMB INTO THE 50S AND LOWER 60S.

SOUTH WINDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT BECOMING GUSTY AS A COLD FRONT
APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST. THE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
REGION LATE TONIGHT AND THURSDAY WITH JUST A SMALL CHANCE OF RAIN.
MILD AIR WILL PUSH INTO AREAS AHEAD OF THE FRONT ON THURSDAY. COLD
AND DRY PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE REGION FOR FRIDAY.
