FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1200 CDT ON OCTOBER 23.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...
AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA TODAY WITH
ABUNDANT CLOUD COVER. THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS
OVER MAINLY WESTERN AND NORTHERN ARKANSAS TODAY. RELATIVE HUMIDITY
VALUES WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER 40S THIS AFTERNOON. THE CLOUDS
WILL QUICKLY MOVE OUT OF THE AREA TONIGHT. A LARGE AREA OF HIGH
PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE AREA FOR FRIDAY AND THROUGH THE
WEEKEND.
