UNSEASONABLY COOL AND DRY JULY WEATHER.  HOWEVER...SUMMERTIME HEAT
AND HUMIDITY WILL BUILD INTO THE REGION HEADING INTO THE WEEKEND...ALONG
WITH A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS.
