IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO SINK SOUTH
INTO THE REGION TODAY. NORTH SURFACE WINDS BETWEEN 5-10 MPH WILL
ADVECT IN DRIER AIR TODAY. IN ADDITION AS MIXING COMMENCES BY LATE
MORNING...DRIER AIR ALOFT WILL MIX DOWN TO THE SURFACE.  MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES ARE EXPECTED TO BOTTOM OUT AT AROUND 24% OR
25% AROUND 3 OR 4PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES
ARE EXPECTED TO BE AROUND 46% AT AROUND 9AM EDT...LOWERING TO
AROUND 28% OR 29% BY 1PM. SMOKE DISPERSAL WILL BE FAIR AT IGNITION
IMPROVING TO GOOD THIS AFTERNOON.
