.DISCUSSION...
A MOSTLY CLEAR SKY WILL PREVAIL UNTIL THE PREDAWN HOURS MONDAY.  LOW CLOUDS
WILL MOVE IN FROM THE SOUTH AROUND SUNRISE MONDAY AND REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH
MID MORNING.  THE ONLY WEATHER ELEMENT THAT MAY BE OF CONCERN TONIGHT WILL BE
A BREEZY SOUTH WIND IN THE 9 TO 15 MPH RANGE WITH SOME GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH
FROM 11 PM THROUGH MID MORNING MONDAY.
