...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

.DISCUSSION...
UPPER LEVEL TROUGH HAS MOVED EAST OF THE BURN AREA AND WINDS WILL
BE ON THE DECREASE. EXPECT GENERALLY LIGHT WINDS BY MIDNIGHT
WHICH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING THURSDAY BEFORE
INCREASING SOME OUT OF THE WEST-SOUTHWEST DURING THE AFTERNOON.
THERE WILL BE AN INCREASE IN HIGH LEVEL CLOUDS TOMORROW AHEAD
OF NEXT SYSTEM APPROACHING THE WEST COAST. MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL BE FALLING FOR TOMORROW QUITE A BIT FROM TODAY.
WINDS WILL BE BACK ON THE INCREASE FRIDAY AND AGAIN FOR SATURDAY
BUT THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
