COOLER TEMPERATURES TODAY BEHIND COLD FRONT THAT MOVED THROUGH THE
REGION. MOISTURE WILL REMAIN VERY LIMITED HOWEVER WITH MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES REMAINING AROUND 10 PERCENT. WINDS WILL GENERALLY
BE LIGHT THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...BUT BE ON THE INCREASE STARTING
WEDNESDAY WHEN CRITICAL CONDITIONS COULD DEVELOP AS ANOTHER UPPER
LEVEL TROUGH MOVES DOWN FROM THE NORTHWEST.
