TODAY WILL BE PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH INCREASING SHOWER AND STORM
ACTIVITY LATER IN THE AFTERNOON...AS THE FIRST BAND OF CLOUD COVER AND
INSTABILITY FROM ODILE APPROACH THE BURN SITE FROM THE SOUTH.  TUESDAY
THROUGH THURSDAY LOOKS VERY WET...WITH UP TO SEVERAL INCHES OF RAINFALL
POSSIBLE BY THAT TIME.  FLOODING WILL BE THE MAIN THREAT WITH ACTIVITY
THIS WEEK.
