FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1200 CDT ON APRIL 23.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE CONTACT THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE.

.DISCUSSION...A WARM FRONT OVER EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND
SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA WILL SPREAD SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY A THUNDERSTORM
INTO SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN BY THE MIDDLE OF THIS AFTERNOON. TIMING
LOOKS TO BE IN THE 2 TO 3 PM TIME RANGE WHEN THE SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS MOVE INTO SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN. WINDS SHOULD REMAIN
OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH FOR MUCH OF THE AFTERNOON HOURS.
