FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 0900 CDT ON APRIL 18.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE CONTACT THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE.

.DISCUSSION... A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER WISCONSIN THIS
MORNING WILL DRIFT EAST THROUGH THE DAY. AS IT DOES...SOME MID
LEVEL CLOUDS ARE GOING TO SPREAD ACROSS THE BURN SITE THROUGH
THE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS. LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS
THIS MORNING WILL BECOME EAST TO SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
WITH MIXING TO AROUND 4000 FT THIS AFTERNOON...MINIMUM HUMIDITIES
WILL DROP TO AROUND 35 PERCENT. THE HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE
EAST TONIGHT. A COLD FRONT IS GOING TO MOVE INTO THE EASTERN
DAKOTAS TONIGHT THEN INTO WESTERN MINNESOTA ON SATURDAY. A TIGHTER
PRESSURE GRADIENT AHEAD OF THE FRONT WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA
FOR LATER TONIGHT AND SATURDAY. WINDS WILL BECOMING STEADY SOUTHEAST
TONIGHT...TO KEEP THE BOUNDARY LAYER MIXED AND MAXIMUM HUMIDITIES
IN THE 70-80 PERCENT RANGE. WITH DIURNAL MIXING TO AROUND 5000 FT
ON SATURDAY SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO AROUND 15 MPH GUSTING
25-30 MPH. SOME MOISTURE IS GOING TO SPREADING NORTH AHEAD OF THE
FRONT SATURDAY...WITH MINIMUM AFTERNOON HUMIDITIES IN THE 30 TO 40
PERCENT RANGE.
