.DISCUSSION...THIS SPOT HAS BEEN UPDATED TO INCLUDE HOURLY REQUEST
FOR WEATHER CONDITIONS. WIND SPEEDS HAVE ALSO BEEN INCREASED
SLIGHTLY. SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH LATE
MORNING AND INTO AFTERNOON. THE WIND WILL REMAIN PRETTY HEALTHY
AND EVEN INCREASE SOME OVERNIGHT. A FRONTAL PASSAGE IS EXPECTED
LATE ON WEDNESDAY.
