TEMPERATURES OVER THE MAJORITY OF THE AREA TRENDED 2 TO 4 DEGREES
COOLER THAN SUNDAY AT THIS TIME AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY TRENDED
HIGHER WITH THE GREATEST INCREASES ALONG THE COASTAL SLOPES. THE
MARINE LAYER RETURNED THIS MORNING AND RANGED FROM 1300 FEET ASL
ALONG THE CENTRAL COAST TO 2200 FEET SOUTH OF POINT CONCEPTION. A
WEAK ONSHORE GRADIENT WILL EXIST TONIGHT AND WILL BECOME MODERATE IN
THE AFTERNOON EACH DAY THIS WEEK AND THE MARINE LAYER WILL LIKELY
REDEVELOP EACH NIGHT AND RANGE BETWEEN 1500 TO 2200 FEET ASL.  A
COOLING TREND IS EXPECTED IN THE LOWER ELEVATIONS THROUGH WEDNESDAY
AND TEMPERATURES WILL DIFFER EACH DAY BY MINUS 2 TO 3 DEGREES AND
LIKELY RANGE 4 TO 8 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
LITTLE CHANGE IS EXPECTED IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS AND WILL LIKELY
REMAIN ABOVE SEASONAL NORMAL WITH POOR OVERNIGHT RELATIVE HUMIDITY
RECOVERY. A WARMING TREND IS THEN EXPECTED OVER THE ENTIRE AREA
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.  TEMPERATURES WILL DIFFER BY PLUS 2 TO
4 DEGREES EACH DAY AND MAY BE MORE THAN 3 DEGREES ABOVE SEASONAL
NORMAL BY SATURDAY.

SLIGHTLY COOLER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO RETURN ON TUESDAY AS THE
MARINE LAYER DEEPENS AND ONSHORE FLOW INCREASES. DRY WEATHER
CONDITIONS WITH NEAR NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE
END OF THE WEEK WITH GENERALLY WEAK SURFACE WIND SPEEDS.

NOTE : ALL WINDS ARE 20-FOOT WINDS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
THUNDERSTORMS IMPLY STRONG, GUSTY AND ERRATIC WINDS.
