ARKANSAS. STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO FIRE THIS AFTERNOON NEAR THE
KANSAS BORDER AND CONGEAL INTO CLUSTERS THAT WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST
INTO THE REGION TONIGHT. AREAS SOUTH OF I-40 WILL LIKELY STAY DRY
FOR THE MOST PART. RAIN CHANCES CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY...AND
