.DISCUSSION...
SEASONAL AND DRY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED AGAIN TODAY...IN WAKE OF A
COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE WEDNESDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN
ANCHORED OVER THE REGION TODAY...RESULTING IN LIGHT AND VARIABLE 20 FT
WINDS...WITH MIN RH/S FALLING TO AROUND 30%. ANOTHER STRONGER COLD
FRONT WILL QUICKLY SWEEP THROUGH THE REGION TONIGHT...REINFORCING
EVEN COOLER AND DRIER AIR SOUTHWARD TO THE GULF COAST. NO RAIN IS
EXPECTED WITH THIS SECOND FRONTAL PASSAGE...BUT PATCHY FROST WILL BE
POSSIBLE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNING OVER MUCH OF THE REGION AS MORNING
LOW TEMPERATURES FALL INTO THE 30S. IN FACT...THE FIRST FREEZE OF THE
SEASON IS EXPECTED SATURDAY MORNING OVER SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND POSSIBLY
PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS. A GRADUAL MODERATING TREND WILL BEGIN
SUNDAY AS SOUTHERLY WINDS RETURN. THIS WILL SET THE STAGE FOR A RETURN
IN LOW LEVEL MOISTURE BY MONDAY...WITH MUCH NEEDED RAINFALL GRADUALLY
INCREASING BY TUESDAY OVER EAST TEXAS..SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...SOUTHWEST
