A STRENGTHENING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE NORTH THROUGH THE
MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY...WITH RAIN...AND GUSTY WINDS AT TIMES. A
WARM FRONT WILL LIFT NORTH ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND WEST VIRGINIA
SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT...WITH RAIN LIKELY. THEN...A COLD FRONT
CROSSES WEST TO EAST MONDAY...WITH STRONGER RAIN SHOWERS AND GUSTY
WINDS.

TUESDAY WILL BE COOLER AND DRY BY AFTERNOON.
