ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR THROUGH THE WEEKEND.  HOWEVER,
MINIMUM AFTERNOON RH/S WILL REMAIN ABOVE 15 PERCENT WHILE 20 FOOT
WIND SPEEDS REMAIN BELOW 20 MPH SUSTAINED.  THEREFORE, CRITICAL FIRE
WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED THROUGH MONDAY.  RECOVERY EACH
MORNING WILL BE GOOD TO EXCELLENT.  THE HAINES INDEX WILL BE HIGH
