HIGH PRESSURE WILL SHIFT EAST OF THE REGION TODAY ALLOWING SOUTHERLY
WINDS TO DEVELOP. THIS WILL WARM TEMPERATURES ABOUT 10-15 DEGREES
BETWEEN TODAY AND SATURDAY...IN ADDITION TO INCREASING LOW LEVEL
MOISTURE. NO RAIN IS EXPECTED UNTIL SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY...AND
THAT PRECIPITATION WILL LIKELY BE LIGHT AND SPOTTY. DISPERSION WILL
IMPROVE SATURDAY AS SURFACE/TRANSPORT WINDS INCREASE.
