NORTH ALABAMA RESULTING IN DRY AND STABLE CONDITIONS. THIS WILL ALSO
RESULT IN LOWER THAN USUAL AFTERNOON MIXING HEIGHTS AND GENERALLY
LIGHT TRANSPORT WINDS...WHICH WILL LIMIT DISPERSION.
