ONSHORE FLOW WILL VEER SOUTHWEST TODAY AND THIS FLOW IS TYPICALLY
DRIER AND WARMER...SHOULD BREAK UP CLOUDS TO PARTLY CLOUDY THIS
AFTERNOON.  A STRONG COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE TUESDAY WILL STRENGTHEN
NORTHWESTERLY TRANSPORT THROUGH MID WEEK. RELATIVELY COOLER AIR
UNDER WARMER AIR ALOFT WILL MODERATE MIXING DEPTHS...INCREASING LOW
LEVEL MOISTURE AHEAD OF TOMORROWS FRONT WILL MAKE FOR DECENT MORNING
HUMIDITY RECOVERY. MODERATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON SHOWER WITH EMBEDDED
THUNDERSTORM CHANCES AHEAD OF THE APPROACHING AND PASSING COLD FRONT.
