A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY HAS STALLED ACROSS SOUTHEAST TEXAS. LOW
LEVEL MOISTURE WILL REMAIN HIGH ENOUGH TO SUPPORT LOW CLOUDS AND
FOG OVERNIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. OTHERWISE...LIGHT TO
MODERATE SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL PERSIST FOR THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS
WITH A CONTINUED PATCHY MORNING FOG A POSSIBILITY.
