NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HOUSTON/GALVESTON TX

.DISCUSSION...
COOL AND OVERCAST CONDITIONS EXPECTED TO PERSIST OVERNIGHT
THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. SOME LOCATIONS NORTH OF INTERSTATE TEN
COULD SEE PATCHY FOG BY SUNRISE WHILE LOCATIONS CLOSER TO THE
COAST COULD SEE PATCHY AREAS OF DRIZZLE. LOW LEVEL MOISTURE SET
TO RETURN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS ONSHORE FLOW RESUMES IN
EARNEST. HOWEVER THE WARM MID LEVELS COUPLED WITH A DEEP SOUTH-
WESTERLY FLOW ALOFT COULD KEEP CLOUDS AND LOW MIXING HEIGHTS
IN PLACE AS WELL.
