.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE WEATHER THROUGH SUNDAY...
AS IT MOVES GRADUALLY EAST ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT AND THEN OFF
THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST BY SATURDAY EVENING.

STRONG RADIATIONAL COOLING CONDITIONS WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
POOR DISPERSION TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING...WITH NO FOG BECAUSE
OF DRYNESS. FROST MAY FORM EARLY IN THE MORNING. THE INVERSION WILL
BREAK UP AROUND 9 AM.

WINDS WILL BE SOUTH-SOUTHWEST DURING THE DAY SATURDAY...WITH SPEEDS
OF 5 TO 10 MPH (SURFACE) AND AROUND 10 MPH (TRANSPORT).
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL BE RANGE FROM 30 TO 35 PERCENT.
MIXING HEIGHTS WILL BE LESS THAN 3000 FEET DUE TO ATMOSPHERIC
SUBSIDENCE.
